How To Start, Stop and Restart Oracle Listener

Display Oracle Listener Status

$ lsnrctl status

If the Oracle listener is running, you’ll get the following message.

$ lsnrctl status

Start Oracle Listener

Stop Oracle Listener

$ lsnrctl stop

Restart Oracle Listener
